(New user) Form submission bug fixed

Ever see an error like the following when trying to register or submit another site form?

If so, I apologize for the un-helpfulness of these error messages. A poorly-executed server upgrade left our web servers with conflicting software packages, and this led to the intended error messages not being displayed. Fortunately, I finally managed to fix this problem, so that should be the last of those ugly little messages.
